Manny has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources and Staffing industry. He began his career with Select Personnel Staffing in 1997, then joined CORESTAFF Staffing from 1999 to 2007, where he held various roles in staffing, recruiting, and management. In 2007, he became an Area Manager with Link Staffing. Today, he is a key part of the TG Solutions team, serving clients across Montebello and Fresno, CA.

Manny plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction through quality control, leading internal teams, and managing large contingent workforces. His areas of expertise include staffing, HR consulting, training, safety, and employee relations.

Manny considers himself an extension of his clients’ HR departments, consistently focused on delivering value to contingent labor programs while building long-lasting business relationships.
